Labour System

For every new employees, we offer a personal orientation program before starting to work in their own departments. This programm takes 2-3 months depending their performance. Its aims is to adopt the employee to the firm easily.And after that the employee directed to his own department.

The education never ends at HMK TEXTILE. Our talented and specialized proffessionals train other employees inside the firm and also if in need we also want to have an employee trained by the proffesional training aasosiations and other individual education specialists.

In HMK TEXTILE, apart from the other firms, there is a salary system of which is suitable for the employees experience and above the contemporary standarts.
